DC To DC Converter converts battery voltage (24, 36, 48, 60 or 72 V) to 12 Volts required to drive low voltage electrical loads on battery operated Electric 2 or 3 Wheeler.
• Output Voltage - 12 +/- 0.5 V
• Output Current - 10 A
• Protections – Under voltage (input side), over current, short circuit (output side)
• Input supply shorting protection – 5 A glass cartridge fuse employed in the input supply line
• Protection against environmental effects - PCB assembly is lacquer coated.
• Better protection against water splashes encountered during rainy season and vehicle washing - wires have a rubber grommets and rubber gaskets used in assembly of end plates. Ingress protection level IP 65
• Line and load regulation - 2%
• Operating temperature - 0o C to 60o C
• Easy installation – Uses M6 screw for mounting
• Good heat dissipation – Uses aluminium extruded housing
• Connectivity - Pig tail length and connector type can be customised.
Above components are thoroughly tested during development stage on component level and vehicle level validation has been carried out.
